Bulgarian universities will begin to open branches abroad, said Minister of education Sergei Ignatov. In his words is „it is high time to join in practice of creating universities in foreign countries“. Ignatov said that this would liberalize the intake of foreign students in Bulgarian universities in their home countries and introduce incentives for recognition of diplomas.
