European Year of Volunteering

The European Year of Volunteering is an initiative of the European Union relating to the identification and recognition of volunteering, in 2011 it also includes Bulgaria. The offcial beginning will be at 11:00 am in Hall „Stage 17“ of the Ministry of Culture.
